The purpose of this research is to design a strategy to improve the school climate in the Electo Cáliz Martínez Departmental Educational Institution. To carry out this work, a diagnosis of the situation of the conflicts that are experienced within the classroom was carried out, taking into account the social, economic, and cultural factor. Regarding the research approach, this work is of a qualitative order since it allows us to understand the world of the experience lived by the actors involved. The research proposal is carried out with a group of 26 students whose ages range from 9 to 12 years. With this research it is expected to generate a change in a significant way, reducing the levels of aggression inside the classroom, creating protective environments.
