The work raises an essential theme such as training in values through a multimedia application. The population under study are children between the ages of 9 and 11. This project stems from the need to work the values not only in the formation of students as whole beings, but also to respond to the great changes in science and in the Tic. Performing the design and implementation of a multimedia application to promote the practice of ethical and moral values in students of 5th grade of the Maria Reina Sede Sac 7 Educational Institution is the main research objective. Whose approach is qualitative using the action research approaches, a strategic proposal is presented after collecting information through surveys, interviews and in the end the evaluation of its relevance is performed; it is interpreted in the light of the multimedia tool. The design of the multimedia application is presented as an instrument that will contribute to the improvement of the academic quality of the institution, above all, of the human and integral education of the students. After analyzing the results of the research and comparing them, we found that this research is of vital importance in both the academic and disciplinary process and although the values are learned at home, with the use of this tool we would be able to reinforce, strengthen and contribute in practice. In addition, experience them both in school and in their homes to achieve greater social impact
