Qualitative research of an exploratory type, in which this project seeks to eliminate aesthetic and social barriers through confluent spaces that generate meeting places and develop new ways of living in the recreational neighborhood of the municipality of Filandia Quindío; having as a priority its context and identity, emphasizing a reconsideration of a new rurality centered from the economic, the sustainable, the habitable, the social, the cultural, as the use and appropriation of the place where the productive sector is potentiated and understood tourism as a model of sustainable development based on agricultural activity, thereby emphasizing these new concepts implemented in an architectural project highlighting a new housing applied in its context with indigenous activitie
