Estándar mínimo de cumplimiento de los derechos constitucionales de las personas privadas de la libertad y su aplicabilidad en el Centro Penitenciario y Carcelario del municipio de Jericó.
This work presented the Minimum Standard of Compliance Constitutional Rights of persons deprived of liberty and determinate how is the fulfillment in the penitentiary and prison in Jericó, Antioquia. Basically, the rights object of this study are Right to food, Right to Health, Right to health and hygiene, Right not to live in crowded conditions, Right to separation categories of syndicated and convicted, and the Right to resocialization.
