Diseño de un proceso para la Trazabilidad de los proyectos asociados a la Secretaria de Bienestar Social - Subsecretaria de Poblaciones y Etnias: empresa del sector público Alcaldía de Santiago de Cali
The main objective of this work is the design of a process to follow the contractual processes of the projects administered by the Secretariat of Social Welfare. These projects are funded by the state and by the mayor. A diagnosis was made using Industrial Engineering tools; A flow chart was made and the proposal was executed using the SPLAN software. As a result, a systematic process of traceability that complies with the quality management system of the city of Santiago de Cali.
