This research is done to propose a quality management system and to generate strategies that reduce the non-conformities of the textile sector, proposing continuous improvement processes, and minimizing the percentage of error in finished garments. Since the textile industry has had a great importance in Colombia as a source of employment generation, but which particularly lost its thrust with the high standards of competitiveness imposed by the international market, the textile industries must To attend and update their quality processes, without neglecting the production process, the quality of the inputs, the workforce and all those elements that participate in this process. In this regard will be taken into account: The PHVA cycle, the Pareto, management indicators and proposals for improvement continues all in favor of ISO 9001:2015. In front of the foregoing, a documentary analysis is made on the literature that exists on the studies of quality management systems, all in walking to a proposal that unifies the quality management process in MIC
