This document outlines a reflective analysis of the various leadership skills that every good manager has and/or must possess for its function, highlighting or exposing the significant improvements of these, applied in the exercise of its management in any project. However, the information resources assumed were taken from different sources: magazines, books of Web pages or digital archives for their elaboration. That is why the content of this essay proposes and exposes the author´s reflection, in compliance whit the purpose of this reflective and informative article.
