This presentation is an ongoing investigation on how to design a marketing plan for the honey marketer of the company La Milagrosa, a company dedicated to the commercialization of honey from bees; covering topics such as entrepreneurship, business plan, analysis of the environment and the relevance of this research; With the help of the Canvas model, the development of matrices such as the SWOT, MEFI & MEFE, and the realization of a pertinent survey to the pertinent objectives. In order to implement what is seen within the study plan of the business administration company, this paper wishes to focus on subjects such as: Business Plan, Budget Preparation, Strategic Diagnosis and Evaluation of strategic direction. Finally, this research could be used as a reference for studies pertinent to the subject and once as a bibliographic review for people who want or are already in the honey marketing business.
