The present research Project, has as objective contextualize some elements of the ISO 9001 normativity of 2015, identify inefficiencies and propose the management system in the Femex Employees fund of the company Metrex S.A. to guarantee the satisfaction of its associates, the continuous improvement, the implementation of tools and methodologies that contribute to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization in order to promote the proper functioning of its entire work team. The proposed management system includes the process map, procedure manual and functions, these important tools allow to improve the performance and development of organizational activities, to achieve this task the problem was raised, it was established objectives justified by the importance of satisfaction and competitiveness that exists in the solidarity sector in this particular case it was established within the employee funds as non-profit associative entities. To give weight and validity to this investigation, it was considered as theoretician reference to (Chavenato & Sampieri). His contributions are the unification of activities and the descriptive research methodology, this allowed information to be collected through interviews and direct observations to diagnose and determine the absence of a management system, was tracked besides, to other employee funds that have implemented a management system and it has worked for them, what determined how important it is implement this proposal in the of Empeados Fund Femex, By part of the general management and the administrative part.
