The present investigation was carried out by means of the elaboration of a work plan and a diagnosis with which we obtained the information to be able to develop it. Due to the pandemic, the world economy has undergone abrupt changes, in some cases it was positive but in others it was quite negative to the point that many companies and businesses were forced to close their doors due to the low or no income they received. The hotel sector was one of the most affected, but, although we were exposed to uncertainty, this led us to think of solutions that would help us overcome the difficulties that were facing us. This is why, for many companies, COVID 19 was the boost they needed to take a huge step and reform their business model, thus managing to adapt to the current situation and stand out from their competitors. It is of the utmost importance that what happened does not go unnoticed, many sectors have changed and remaining in the old will only lead our businesses to failure, this is an issue that must be addressed immediately. Many frequent travelers return to travel the world and need a place to stay, but safely, in addition to having the facility to do everything from their cell phone and pay electronically, for this reason the Blockchain is the option that many businesses are choosing in this new digital age. (Bernal, 2021) With the help of this research we want to help show the current panorama of some hotels in the city of Bogotá and that with the help of this technology the confidence of the clients when obtaining these services improves and in turn the income for this economic sector.
