Caracterización de los factores más representativos del éxito empresarial de la Fundación Mundo Mujer, municipio de Popayán, durante el periodo 2007-2017
His work is aimed at describing the most outstanding drivers related to Fundación Mundo Mujer (FMM)´s business success and its socioeconomic impact in Popayan municipality. The research approach was qualitative and a case study type, and surveys and in - depth interviews were implemented as a collection tool. 60 surveyss/interviews were carried out by a FMM's manager. Research outcomes provided data and information about business experience, employees´ perception about innovation drivers such as products, processes and marketing and their effects and contributions on the region. According with the last, there is a staffers´ highly positive perception regarding current products or services, and marketing activities which increase company´s revenue and reputation. Employees´ vision about the company´s positioning in the region and company´s contribution made to local economic development were also identified.
