The research project focuses on the Cultural Corporation Junta Patronal Cuadrillas de San Martín, located in the municipality of San Martín, Meta, as a leading institution in the preservation of the cultural tradition of the Cuadrillas of San Martín, which represents the history and heritage of the community. The limitations and scope of the Corporation in the process of managing human talent were addressed, with the aim of providing strategies for the appropriation of the corporation's members, role establishment, and conflict reduction within it, in order to promote the preservation of the cultural manifestation within the Corporation and its sustainability. To this end, the human talent of the corporation was characterized through the application of 39 characterization surveys and 29 predictive model surveys of the Cuadrillas. Improvement alternatives in its administrative and management structure, as well as talent motivation strategies, are proposed, which will allow the preservation of the cultural tradition of the Cuadrillas and the promotion of their sustainable development and solidarity economy in the municipality of San Martín, in order to guarantee the continuity of this cultural tradition and its contribution to the community's growth.
