Evidently, the use of Information and Comunication technologies in organizations, has enabled the efficiency of its processes. On the livestock field, it has facilitated the follow up of its activities, guaranteeing the treasability of data, allowing the proper analysys of any given situation thru a continued interpretation that permits the proper administrative as well as productive descission making. The use of the Livestock Software SG enables the analysis of especific data to provide timely and accurate information to the owners and workers about the current and real status of the production system for its rationalized decission making. This Essay contents the analysis of Hacienda Monterrey data systematized in the Software Ganadero SG from 2010 to 2018. The result of the analysis provided by the Software, permited compile the registry of 686 pieces of age information (data) to the first service (EPS) with an average of 22.33 SD ± 2.44 months. 622 pieces of information (data) of weight to the first service (PPS), with an average 420.23 ± 45.36 Kg. 607 pieces of information (data) of age to the first labour (birth) (EPP) with an average of 34.31 SD ± 4.02 months. 971 registries of services for conception (SXC) by artificial insemination (I.A) on heifers and 2358 on cows , with an average of 2.12 and 2.36 inseminations respectively. 29 interrupted pregnacies / gestations between abortion and death at births during the years evaluated on heifers and 71 cows with an average of interrupted gestations from the interval labour - first service (IP-PS), with an average of 129.48 SD ± 66.29 days. 2259 datum of the intervale labour - conception (PC) or also named open days (OD), with an average of 174.32 SD ± 93.95 days. 2070 regystries of the intervale between labour (IEP) with an average of 469.63 SD ± 92.39 days. 2630 regystries of weight at birth (PN) , 1254 females and 1376 males, which 1240 born by IA and 1390 by natural mating / breeding (MN) with an average 32.39 Kg SD ± 3.31 Kg. 484 datum of PN by transference of embrions (TE) , 254 females and 239 males with an average of 35.95 SD ± 5.16 Kg. 2409 regystries of weight during weaning process (PD) by IA and MN, with an average of 227.80 SD ± 32.77 Kg. 362 datum of PD by TE with an average of 253.22 ± 44.08 Kg.
