This paper presents an investigative analysis of the high turnover of human talent in the beauty sector (hairdressers) in the city of Villavicencio, where the main reasons why employees in the sector leave their jobs in short periods of time are identified. , the consequences for companies are also known, the entry and exit of people in it, in addition, motivation strategies are proposed to improve the working environment of this type of company, in order to improve the problems present in a significant number of companies in the city.
