The present project focuses on the development of a schedule of work for the company Redy Teams LTDA, where they can have a better management in the different activities, improves monitoring for compliance with the contractual object quickly and accurately, know how long it takes exactly each item with their respective yields and prices, also graphically visualize all the above with their critical points, all this will give better management in future projects.
