The Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, in their Education Faculty has a unique educational model called H.E.R.M.E.S, this model proposes the existence of Formative Level Projects (Proyectos Formativos de Nivel) along all the semesters, reinforcing the competences that are achieved in each one. Nevertheless, there exists some irregularities from students and professors to carrying out activities and knowledge acquisition. Therefore, the principal objective of this research tried to establish creative actions integrated into the design, the execution and assessment of the pedagogic strategy. Employing a qualitative approach, under the socio-critic paradigm, with a population and sample conformed by students and professors of the education faculty, it proceeded to the application of polls and interviews, to investigate the FLP perceptions. The results present negative and positive opinions about the protocols and expectations of the established projects. Finally, considering those results, it created an Investigation Proposal, which seeks that the members of the educational community can be competitive people, owners of their learning process and be able to understand the world in which they are.
