The delivery of the individual passenger transport service in Colombia has historically been at the head of the taxi guild; With the advances in technology and the consolidation of globalization as an integrating process of the economy, new ways of approaching processes have emerged, one of them in the transport sector, with the emergence of technological platforms through which they are contacted insurance through a smartphone application, the transporter as the service provider and the user representing the sector demanding this offer. The popularization of these mechanisms has caused problematic paths at the legal level, in the sense that the traditional union argues that the action of the platforms is a true act of unfair competition; However, you must analyze the entire overview of market conditions and the satisfaction of user needs in order to present an informed opinion on the matter. This is why this monographic work compiles stories to argue, from the point of view of law, criticisms are the best alternatives for these platforms in Colombia.
