Los planes de curso y su aplicación en las aulas de clase para la formación emprendedora

Abstract:

The concept of entrepreneurship over time has been booming due to the latent need of the market, the economy and development, after the search for productive growth that in turn is sustainable, has covered not only industry sectors but also of education. That is why educational institutions today play a very important role for the establishment of new business models in the country; it is believed that through the learning given in the different universities, it is possible to get to promote new markets that allow the country to have improvements in terms of the creation of companies, likewise the increase in production that can generate greater benefits to society through the opening of job vacancies that help mitigate the current unemployment levels that are experienced in Colombia, especially in Barrancabermeja. This is why the following research work seeks to evaluate in one way or another the way in which the cooperative university of Colombia - Barrancabermeja section, is supporting from its educational offer the impulse of entrepreneurship for the city, this given through the different strategies and course plans that not only establish the institution but also the quality, suitability and entrepreneurial thinking of the teachers who are hired. There are several factors that can drive to be - know - make entrepreneurs, this not only follows from what the educational institution offers, but also the importance that each person gives to the activities, courses and jobs that come from it, additionally, qualities, abilities and attitudes necessary in the being that allow him to take advantage of each one of the strategies that the institutions implement are required.
