In the current document, the author shows a report about the work and experiences acquired in the business practice developed in the areas of regulations and human talent, as well as the area of technical management and production of the programa Empréndelo of the Camara de Comercio from Santa Marta to Magdalena (CCSM). The above as a requirement of degree to be able to opt for the title of Civil Engineer from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. The programa Empéndelo is a program of the Camara de Comercio from Santa Marta that seeks to provide support to all those entrepreneurs who are in the development stage of their economic activity, this program seeks to stimulate, empower and strengthen them so that they can develop a sustainable entrepreneurship throughout its growth. For its execution, it is linked with important allies such as: the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, the Universidad Sergio Arboleda and the Universidad del Magdalena, which provide support in its business processes throughout its stages. This internship in the programa Empréndelo was an opportunity that not only tested professional preparation but was also the ideal space for the development of communication, listening and adaptation skills.
