This work establishes a plan for the implementation of strategic management within the Actimag organization, since the entity is in the imperative obligation to increase the clientele, increase productivity and profitability and expand in the regional and national market, because it does not have enough recognition and, therefore, its advertising is deficient resulting in a valuation that does not allow to generate higher profits. The purpose of this work is to design a strategic direction proposal for the company Actimag, located in the district of Santa Martha, Magdalena. Therefore, the data collection was developed through which it was possible to examine and study the DOFA, MEFI and MEFE formats postulated by several authors, among them the economist Michael Porter stands out. In summary, it is necessary to determine the internal and external factors that affect the development of the company's current economy in order to formulate relevant action plans according to the business situation. Finally, the problem is focused on three fields: administrative, commercial and financial, in order to improve the company's position in the labor market.
