The objective of this project is to design management protocols for tourism managers in the municipalities of Lejanías, La Uribe and Mesetas in the department of Meta. These are rural areas to visit and promote Ecotourism, highlighting its location, georeferencing, natural resources and landscapes. that can be exploited to promote the tourism sector, thus identifying the level of organizational management used, analyzing the management in each of the entities based on tourism foresight and through ecological marketing to contribute to the improvement of organizational management with basic protocols that will help the implementation of a tool for tour operators; the collection of information will be carried out by means of instruments prepared with previous characteristics, where the results will be processed through the Likert scale and we will be able to evaluate each one of the aspects such as the organizational management, customer service, marketing and structure of the manager generating strategies in order to increase an optimal service and quality through protocols contributing to post-conflict activities creating an alternative income.
