The organization is structured into a group administrator of different farms, these Within their activities they produce around 15 tons of waste monthly, which implies the need to develop a Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan (PGIRS) individual that allows you to manage everything that is produced monthly. It is important to highlight The Calafate farm is the largest generator of waste, which is why the focus of this project is on this farm. For the development of the project, the formulation of a PGIRS based on the methodology established in Resolution 754 of 2014, which provides a reference framework for waste management in Colombia. A solid waste management plan is an instrument that allows improving management environmental within the organization, this provides guidelines for the management of waste and its correct final disposal, the idea is that this plan, once launched, can be a tool that is replicated on other farms, it is important to highlight that there is already a general waste management plan that is not aligned to each of the farm processes.
