Health at work, as its name says, is concerned with protecting the health of workers by controlling the working environment to reduce or eliminate the risks to which they may be exposed: since occupational accidents or working conditions Unsafe can cause illnesses, temporary or permanent injuries and even cause death. They also cause a reduction in efficiency and a loss of productivity for each worker. Safety and health at work is paramount today to ensure a balance between the physical, mental and social well-being of workers in their working environment, hence the importance of implementing organizations and executing activities for Employee care. Within this objective, the attitude assumed by both employers and employees is essential, aimed at fulfilling the implementation of the Occupational Safety and health management system from their different roles, in order to minimize and control the Dangers present in the working environment. Given the foregoing, it is the responsibility of all, to comply with and enforce the national regulations and the others that apply, promoting appropriate behaviors and guaranteeing safe conditions. Consequently, the transition of the standard OSHA 1001; 2007 to the Colombian technical standard ISO 45001 is proposed for the Occupational Safety and health system; 2018 in the organization Trasercol S.A.S.
