This project focuses on financial decision making, aimed at the hotel sector of the city Barrancabermeja, Santander. El HOTEL JWZ has been selected to make a study of its financial situation, an analysis will be made to the financial statements for the years 2015 and 2016 in which it will be identified how the management of this hotel makes its financial decisions; the financial method of the WACC will be applied and projection of cash flows under the indirect method. The financial decision making has a direct impact on all sectors of the hotel, hence the importance of this type of analysis.
