This work focuses on carrying out a financial analysis of the Executive Center Building, a horizontal property, which constitutes the professional practice that after a diagnosis is made, the need for the organization to carry out a financial analysis corresponding to the years 2016 is identified. 2017 and 2018, as a necessary input for decision-making for the Administration. The methodology adopted was to obtain the Statements of Financial Position and Comprehensive Income Statements for three consecutive years. A vertical analysis was carried out for each year, a horizontal analysis was carried out based on the first year, relating them to the following two years, that will contribute to understanding the financial situation of the horizontally owned building, useful information for making of decisions, the results obtained refer to the reports of the analysis carried out with the relevant conclusions and recommendations inherent to the study carried out.
