In the intervention process of solidarity monitors and within activities to be carried out with the cooperative, it was used the IAP methodology (Participatory Action Intervention) applied through assertive communication workshop, another of the activities carried out was the realization among of the cooperative attendees of the matrix FODA that finally helped to know more about each one of the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats within the organization, was carried out conversations about the importance of undertaking activities that helped the financial muscle of the cooperative, besides the real opportunity of truly create the committees of security, education that are fundamental pillars for the cooperativism; the participative talks also focused on the application of the norms and policies embodied in the statutes.
