The OP&S service stations located in the city of Ibagué and Yavegas S.A E.S.P with headquarters in Bogotá, are distributors of gasoline and domestic gas LA JUANITA. This aims to provide its services to more than 11,000 households nationwide, additionally, it is an organization that meets the needs of the community offering a quality service in the distribution of natural gas under environmental standards and timely service, In addition, they have a fleet of vehicles with which they have managed to reach different municipalities in the country. It is important to note that they have a mechanical workshop where the processes of review, maintenance, spare parts supplies, assignment of orders are carried out. However, these processes have been affected when registering because they are kept manually. For this reason it was necessary to carry out a study of this company to implement a monitoring and control system where its main purpose is to systematize vehicle maintenance service at service stations. To carry out this software development, the Visual Studio design tool was used, with a Visual Basic.NET programming language with framework 4.7. It should be noted that this guarantees the improvement of the processes and satisfies the administrative ones.
