The present project is carried out to identify the needs that are present in the residents of Hogar San José as well as to make guidelines that improve the psychosocial environment of the residents and establish new forms of participation and interaction that improve the coexistence of the residents. We have a pleasant and emotional experience to perform these practices despite the inconveniences that have arisen such as having little time to interact and intervene in the community since this practice only takes place on Saturdays and other types of activities are presented also this day with the residents different from those we made it is also worth noting that at the beginning of the process the participation of the residents was minimal, but over time these difficulties were solved and both the participation and the reception of the residents has been successful to perform an excellent practice process. This social practice is carried out so that residents of Hogar San José between 65 and 101 years of age with psychosocial intervention tell us the evidence that there is in terms of needs since this space is provided for improvement in terms of the experience within the home. Accompanying activities are also provided and expectations are generated by raising awareness of the problems in terms of needs and priority for living within the home.
