The purpose of this research work was to control the movement and monitoring of the equipment of the project of the company NEW EPS, since we can manage in a simple way since the use of this tool is basic but complete; observe and record the movements of equipment as well as those that arrive at the warehouse as well as those that are assigned to users, helping us to have a better internal organization with respect to the equ ipment, this tool is made to improve the internal performance of the company, reducing the expenses that can be generated by possible damages or losses, also to generate more quickly the guarantees in such case that the equipment is defective, thus we will be able to have a better control of who the equipment is received, who will be in charge of it and also to notify the possible failures of being present where it helps us obtain a detailed history to reduce time in diagnosis and accelerating the best solution and response.
