This research has been carried out with the purpose of analyzing the types and factors of labor stressors presented by the employees of New Eps recoveries and their influence on productivity, in order to design an action plan to mitigate the causes that influence In these factors, in this way, improve the benefit of employees and their productivity in the development of the activities of the area. A theoretical framework was constructed with the different types of stressors that can cause symptoms of work stress in a person, taking 5 fundamental variables in our research which were: aspects related to the task, organization, motivation, leadership, and finally climate and organizational culture, an approach that will be taken as the basis for the development of this research. The methodology that is implemented in this research was descriptive and argumentative quantitative, where a questionnaire was prepared with 55 questions with nominal, ordinal, and Likert scale levels, with the different variables of the development of the framework, which It was applied to 74 employees of the New Eps recovery area, as well as an in-depth analysis of each of the factors. Subsequently, this information was contrasted with a measuring instrument provided by the Human Talent area of the New Eps, called the “psychosocial risk battery”, 7 where similarities were found between the results; the investigation showed that there is a general perception regarding the lack of communication between bosses and subordinates, lack of participation by officials in the decisions made in the area, low motivation towards officials, and lack of training, these were some of the aspects that were taken into account for the formulation of the action plan for the New Eps recovery area.
