Design an evaluation instrument, which measures the satisfaction of the environment and the behavioral changes that may arise from the organization of the workplaces of the IPSE administrative staff, knowing that for the 21st century Environmental Psychology is a fundamental means to analyze, explain, clarify and understand the welfare conditions of the individual and his environment. By developing this research, the welfare of the people who work there is contributed, based on the improvement of the locative conditions and the optimal organization of their jobs; through observation initially, and subsequently through the behavioral map and Post Occupational Evaluation. Taking into account that there is a relationship between the individual, the environment and the space that it occupies, this interaction will be observed, taking into account that from the structural organization of the jobs, the conditions for developing administrative work and comfort within the offices, we will find the satisfaction of the staff of the 14th floor of the IPSE
