This research is developed with the objective of describing the practices of corporate social responsibility, implemented by the cooperative university of Colombia in the situation of the covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, the qualitative method and descriptive design were applied, which led to the following question: Is the cooperative university of Colombia an institution that meets the premise of corporate social responsibility in the face of the covid-19 crisis? Through the results obtained, a significant effect of strategies that led to economic, social and environmental efficiency in the university was evidenced. From which it is concluded that with this crisis, RSE gained more strength in the market, thus serving as a fundamental piece in the performance and growth of companies, which are part of the different sectors that incorporate actions to mitigate the crisis that the world is going through.
