A prototype information system is presented which has the purpose of normalizing the way in which the application of instruments is carried out at the moment by the psychology program of the cooperative university of Colombia, based in Santa Marta. Among the tasks assigned to the information system is to be able to store in an organized manner the institutions, both the people who are responsible for carrying out the accompaniment to these days, the objective is to create a tool where few people can apply these tests to a large number of students simultaneously using the Computers as a primary tool, and that these results are stored and can be consulted at any time by the personnel in charge of the system. Since there are already different software tools on the internet that are focused on conducting surveys that could be used for the same purpose, it was decided to develop a tailored solution, so that it had the functionalities necessary described by the DeaPsico research group with the spirit I know that it is fed with new functionalities and thus allow the system. Among the most active competitions is Google Service Forms belong to the large package of solutions that make up Google, which allows you to create which type of survey in a few minutes and since it relies on Google services has an impeccable operation, the problem for our specific case study is the fact that as they will always be the same types of instruments applied, there will be no need to create the form since it is delivered by default, on the other hand the requirement to store the detailed information of the person who answers the test in order to have the broadest context of the one who answers the form.
