The present research aims to describe the coping strategies used by the administrative personnel of Éxito warehouses of the city of Villavicencio for the prevention of labor conflicts, it will be carried out through the development of a qualitative study with a phenomenological research design, it will be counted with a sample of 10 participants chosen for convenience. A semi-structured interview composed of 30 items will be used as a data collection instrument where the 8 subcategories of coping strategies centered on the problem and centered on emotion are addressed; validation of this by expert judges is suggested. Analysis of the information will be carried out through the Atlas program. Ti, providing data coding focused on coping and reducing the negative effects of inadequate conflict management in work activity.
