Is a new alternative for consumers in the construction to buildings sub-sector in the city of Bogota, for which a strategic plan was developed that establishes the corporate identity of the same, the definition of its customers, market and services to the which is addressed. For their identification, the construction sector and the incidence of its factors were studied internally and externally to the organization. The results obtained from the applied analysis tools (5 Porter Forces, Value Chain, MEFI, MEFE, PEYEA, DAFO, ANSOFF), generated management strategies, one of which was the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health System (SG-SST)), who incorporates in the development of the activities, the working conditions to prevent accidents and diseases affecting employees and in turn the performance of the projects. Needs like this were identified and proposed as competitive advantages in the elaboration of the action plan for the company, through which the company can track the fulfillment of corporate objectives and evaluate their progress.
