Organizational or work psychology is interested not only in the processes of selection and recruitment of personnel, where their knowledge allows a technical procedure to link a human talent that meets the needs of companies, but also in the identification and prevention of psychosocial risks in the work areas, being a topic of interest the labor welfare, which seeks to ensure the physical and mental conditions of employees, which generate satisfaction and good performance of their duties, which consequently translates into profitability for the organization. In this report there is a contextualization of the work done during the period of professional practice in organizational psychology in the company Grupo Empresarial Dinámica S.A.S of the city of Pereira, in which support was provided in different processes of the human talent area of the organization, having as axes of intervention the recruitment and selection of personnel and in the identification and prevention of psychosocial risks.
