This document is the final report of the degree work in the modality of systematic literature analysis, a requirement to obtain the degree in systems engineering from the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Villavicencio headquarters, this report concludes the degree work and serves as input to the investigative process. The objective of the research is the accident rate analysis during the 2018 and 2019 periods that occurred in the city of Medellin. Describe and demonstrate the impact generated by data analysis, finding patterns and correlations between the data and providing solutions to them, in turn, machine learning algorithms are proposed to detect future events, classifying the types of accidents that can occur to the citizens, in such a way a control panel (Dashboard) is developed in which the different variables that cause the events are being monitored.
