The following article is based on the review and literary identification of the psychological intervention techniques in children with oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) from the different psychological intervention approaches; reflecting the importance in the exploration, and practice that should be taken as a treatment strategy from the manifestations of aggressive, irritable, disobedient, impulsive and defiant type presented in the infant-adolescent age, usually the symptoms manifested before the eight years of age thus requiring individual and family accompaniment; On the other hand, the (TOD) shows that it considerably affects the social-emotional state of children, denoting a greater risk of suffering from depression or attention problems. On the other hand, the review methodology used in the realization of this article was systematic literary under the PRISMA methodology, thus directing a bibliographic search and analysis of documents in the Scopus, Proquets, and Ovid databases; In these, it was possible to identify the existing problems and to emphasize that in order to classify and treat oppositional defiant disorder, the sociocultural contexts of negative behaviors in the child's behavior must be identified, since the causes of the disorder are not exactly known and must be take into account genetic environmental factors. Finally, the results obtained from the systematic review showed that the intervention techniques from the different approaches generate significant changes in the problems denoted by the children in the family, social and educational contexts, this being part of the analysis, orientation and psychological therapy.
