In these times, the immense importance of acquiring a foreign language, whether in educational or work settings, has become evident. That is why it is essential to develop a second language for the educational institutions. For this reason, through this research, we seek to improve its development through extracurricular activities, where strategies and activities are carried out of routine, which motivate the students, indirectly developing all communicative abilities but having as main goal the oral production. Moreover, this research will help to demonstrate the positive results of extracurricular activities and how they can be implemented in institutions. It should be noted that three phases were carried out in this investigation, first, the process that the teacher carried out with the students through an interview, also the context of the population, their preferences at the time. To implement a foreign language through a survey, followed by a diagnostic test to know their pre-knowledge and finally observation was used. In these phases, instruments such as surveys, interviews, field diaries and tabulations were used, to obtain clear and concise results in which the effectiveness of extracurricular activities are positive, managing to identify both the strength and weaknesses.
