In the technology and IT company SETI SAS it is evident that at the time of linking the staff the checklist or “Check List” is made, people do not comply 100% with the personal documentation, since the areas of human management and payroll are in charge of order in these processes, but since these areas are committed to several functions at the same time, they carried out the process of linking people without knowing if they are fit or not for the position. This is why another charge was required to carry out this and other processes so that people at the time of linking meet the 27 items that the company and the external audit require. Carrying out the professional practice as an administrative and financial assistant, I took charge of carrying out this process with the objective that people comply with the required documentation, carrying out the processes of linking staff, in this way we can guarantee excellent service to customers and an ideal work team to assume the functions in the different areas of the company, through strategies that make people aware of the importance of documentation and thus comply 100% with the checklist or check list.
