This is an investigation which assumes a qualitative paradigm based on the analysis and production of descriptive data. The methodology used was ethnography from its reflexive character interested in investigating and understanding ways of acting, thinking and feeling from social psychology. Which focuses its analysis on the understanding of the social notions of citizenship that children of 4 and 5 years have in a condition of social violation. Which are located in a CDI center for child development at the Sol E´Fance Foundation. The techniques used to gather information are observation and interview, which was linked to the game, which is understood as a fundamental strategy for working with children. As a final result we find the existing relationship that conceptions of citizenship of adults have in the construction of the notions that children have of it. It is also possible to identify that the digital era in which boys and girls are currently developing plays an essential condition in the construction of citizenship. Finally, the study shows among its results the importance of making children visible as valid and legitimate interlocutors
