The purpose of this project is to reduce the problems of non-face care that the business group JARBSALUD IPS SAS has had, due to its considerable expansion of patients since these are now referred from municipalities outside of Bogotá, which generates that, for any request, the time occupied by the patient is great and the communication channels that the clinic currently has are not sufficient to attend in a timely manner all the requests issued. The system has an application that has attention modules carried out through analysis of the institution's staff; These modules constitute a solution to many of the needs that patients and users present when leaving the institution after receiving the relevant care, since, with this, they will be able to carry out many of the procedures they require without the need to go to the clinic or having to wait a long time to receive a response to the main needs that may arise; On the other hand, for the administration part, the processes that the institution already has in the development of the application are integrated so that it is more natural to carry out these additional processes by the clinic staff.
