The present work on the incidence of logistics management in the development of construction works, will have as its main objective to investigate documentary how the correct way to carry out logistics in civil works and the influence of the same when executing engineering projects, which will allow identifying relevant aspects. of the aforementioned item through the study. In this sense, the work is framed in a descriptive design, with a qualitative approach, and with an explanatory temporal scope. Likewise, the collection of the information to be analyzed was carried out through consultations in texts, web documents, articles from indexed journals, among others. These helped build the argumentative base on which the review was based. The analysis of the documentation was developed through critical reading and deduction of texts; which allowed to obtain logical results on the correct execution of the logistics management of civil works in buildings and the way in which this affects the execution of engineering projects.
