Fortalecimiento en la gestión de movilidad académica en el departamento de internacionalización Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia campus Villavicencio
At present, universities choose to be more visible at the international level environment, they generate academic mobility of teachers and students in order to make themselves known through bilateral agreements with other international institutions thus improving the profile of their teachers and students to be more excels and competitive in a professional world, showing more critical and global thinking. Visibility for which the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia with the Red Colombiana de Internacionalizacion (RCI) has also been working together. For this it was necessary to see how the participation rates of each of the eight higher education universities linked to the network works, in this way identifying those who are being more efficient in their management and thus manage to analyze the differents strategies used in each University to know which one are the more useful and be added to the Villavicencio Campus next to the strategies already implemented as "talk passport scholarship", "Global festival" and "international networks". This research was do it with the internationalization department of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia Campus Villavicencio and the Red Colombiana de Internacionalizacion (RCI) Nodo Orinoquia. Finally, in the Orinoquia node, the Universidad de Los Llanos has higher rates of academic mobility followed by the Universidad Santo Tomas de Aquino and in third place the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia Campus Villavicencio. The investment or economic and emotional support that higher education institutions provide are important for each person to make the decision to have an overseas experience or be part of academic events.
