The purpose of the following work is a communicational analysis of political campaigns in Latin America in the last ten years, to identify which communicational strategies the main presidential candidates use and how they achieve an effect of manipulation and control in the population. To carry out this work, various types of sources were made, as well as a database in which many authors who speak to us about political communication in the media are found. I can also notice the use of rhetorical figures that the candidates use to make their message known.
