The present work focuses its investigative aspect towards objectives such as diagnosing, establishing and designing an internal risk control in the inventory of the supplier, La Roca de Montería, taking into account logistical, administrative and labor movements as possible wrong actions and generators of faults and consequences. negatives such as increased expenses, costs, loss of merchandise and dissatisfaction with customers. Thus, it was decided to apply a qualitative approach methodology where the population consists of 15 employees and the sample would be made up of 12 of them, who will be chosen randomly, this being a type of probabilistic sampling. It is worth mentioning that instruments such as the survey, direct observation, semi-structured interview and data analysis will be applied. After the results, the design of a proposal is instituted with which it is intended to mediate and / or fill the identified gaps and qualify the merchandise inventory process of the Supplier of the Rock.
