In the following degree project of social, business and solidarity practice, made a systematization of the clinical histories and telephone follow-up to the patients who have been in a therapeutic process in the psychology clinics of the University Cooperative of Colombia of the Bucaramanga headquarters corresponding to the second semester of the year 2021.
