With the preparation of this work, it is proposed to carry out a financial analysis to the company PROMOSALUD 1A LTDA. for the years 2019, 2020, based on the preparation of financial indicators that allow us to identify the most relevant variables of the current state. The analysis is carried out from the Financial Statements of the last two periods 2019, 2020 which will allow us to have the corresponding results to be able to determine the current state of the company, validating whether for the periods in which the analysis is carried out the company has harmed the generation of value or if, on the contrary, it has contributed to its growth for its shareholders. With the results obtained, we will carry out an analysis with which we will identify the most relevant variables of the current situation and its behavior and thus give the company options to direct its policies to improve the current situation and strengthen the generation of value for future years.
