The objective of this work is to analyze the level of Stress perceived in teachers in relation to Covid-19 of the psychology program of the Cooperative University of Colombia, Villavicencio, where 18 teachers participated, who were characterized between the ages of 30 to 65 years, evaluated through the EEP-10-C scale, implementing an empiricist epistemological model as a methodology, with a cross-sectional design and a systematic probabilistic sample, as results of this investigation it was determined that within the sample that the stress perceived by teachers does not present a significant percentage in high levels of stress, because half of the sample is at a low level and the other half is between moderate and high levels, therefore sees the need to implement preventive measures that help mitigate the workload on teachers and in the same way reduce stress, due to that this influences physically and psychologically in order to increase the management of social skills and performance in work activities.
