The objective of this degree project is to start the documentary support by means of technical sheets of the 4 phases of the SALUD.SIS project, to justify the need and importance of the implementation of the project, the technical and non-technical reports are described. they had been carried out in the 4 phases, and the benefits obtained from the development of good documentation and with greater integrity in the flow of information are determined. The proposed framework for the realization of the project is SCRUM, following the development and fulfillment of tasks from the field of systems engineering and providing support and solution to the different incidents that may arise in the development of this.
